Huge thank you to the great paramedics who came to our apartment and transported my 89 year old husband to the Foothills Hospital. The two ladies stayed by his side until he was put into a room,. They were so pleasant, thoughtful and we couldn’t give them more cudos than anyone ever could. I wish I would have gotten their names. Thank you !

I did not catch their names as it was a very stressful situation. A big thanks to the three paramedics that responded to our call and assisted my mother. You made a very tragic situation manageable and provided amazing care and courtesy in a charged situation. It cant have been the easiest stop they made, so thank you

Massive gratitude to Jeff and his crew (forgot to ask their names) for making me feel better and taking to time to explain all options of care. Their kindness really made my experience a somewhat easy one. My anxiety didn’t escalate to full blown panic attack and I felt safe, cared for, and they also reassured my son who had to call 911.

In 2025 I had a massive heart attack, it less than 10 minutes for you to show up and before I knew what was happening I was in the back of the ambulance. The medics were very professional, thank you, I owe you my life

I want to say a very big, sincere thank you to Alex C and Patty B who brought me to Rockyview hospital this morning. I'm a 75 year old severe arthritic living with throbbing, stabbing, excruciating pain. I barely stay standing for ten minutes due to the pressure on my lumbar spine. Moving around is difficult. I fall a lot. Painless ambulance ride.

I would like to recognize the paramedics that attended to my mother. I was able to assist with language translation on the phone while the paramedics patiently assessed and cared for my mother. I would like to thank the paramedics that helped me when I fainted in a cafe in Canmore yesterday. The fireman and ambulance staff were prompt, efficient and kind. I want to thank these 2 guys for their great care. I was embarrassed to have to use an ambulance after I had hurt myself in a yoga pose and could not get back up. They took me to the hospital and kept me comfortable both physically and mentally. They had to sit with me for a long time and made sure I was ok

I wanted to thank the two person team that came out to the purple house by Southgate. They helped my mum get off the floor when she fell and I could not lift her. Very kind and thorough and just amazing and I’m so thankful to them. Mum is 81 and has mobility issues etc but is fiercely independent so this was challenging for her

There was a man needing compassionate help today and the paramedics clearly cared enough to search for him. I think the kindness they showed played a big role in him accepting help. I was worried about him all day, and seeing the way they treated him gave me hope for humanity. They also cleaned up the area after too!
