I had to make an early morning emergency call a couple of weeks ago after discovering my aunt had had a fall. Tory and Jeremy arrived and handled everything with gentleness, tact and great sensitivity and all of us in the family are incredibly grateful to them both.

On Aug 15 my mom went into sudden, life-threatening anaphylaxis. She was able to call 911 moments before losing consciousness and Paramedics Mel, Hadjer, Danny and Jeff came to her aid. Their rapid assessment, treatment and management were exceptional, and undoubtedly saved her life. Our family is profoundly grateful for the care she received.

Thank you to the paramedics, who performed life saving CPR July 27, 2026, at the Mount Pleasant Tennis Club where I suffered a cardiac arrest. Words cannot convey my deepest thanks for saving my life. Thank you for being there with me. My family and I are eternally grateful to you and your team.

I am a Primary Care Paramedic employed at Hope Mission downtown. Today we made a call to EMS for a Hope Mission client with severe mental health concerns. They were kind, patient, and respectful of the patient despite the circumstances. I wanted to make sure they knew how thankful I am to them for their compassion.

Aug 19 in Edmonton I had a fainting episode at my daughters after a postmastectomy surgical procedure earlier in the day. We called 911. In very few minutes Lindsay and Christine were on site. So professional, competent, gentle, and kind. Quickly dealt with determining what had happened and didn't leave till I was stable. THANK YOU!!

On June 26th, I was involved in a road bike crash on the Quarry Trail in NE Edmonton. A big "Thank You!" to all involved in assisting us, from the Peace Officer, a retired armed forces member, 2 paramedics and Dr. Sharma's excellent team at the RAH. I received amazing care from all!

My mom required interfacility transport just recently, unbeknownst to me I had to transport her heavy wheelchair, while struggling to get it into the truck a very kind Paramedic approached me and offered help, it was secured and ready before I knew it. Thank you, I'd still be struggling if not for your kindness.

Laura Robichaud and Will Lefebure Calgary 326 were so kind, patient and helpful. Laura put my my at ease immediately. She was gentle and took the time to listen and explain. Will was thorough and thoughtful. Even at the hospital they helped settle her in and came to find me to stay with my mum. They clearly take pride in their work.

I especially appreciate that Alex took the trouble to speak with my wife and clearly explain my condition, to which location the ambulance was transporting me and secure my personal belongings.

I want to thank Zoe and Alice the 2 paramedics who arrived at my place to stop my wife’s bleeding from a burst varicose vein on the ankle. We couldn’t stop the bleeding and the blood was all over on the carpet and 2 stools she used to rest her ankle. Not only did they fix her ankle but they cleaned the 2 stools which were covered with the blood.

A heartfelt thank you to the first responder Paramedic, Rob, for the exceptional care they provided to my family. The team helped me through an asthma exacerbation. Just one week later, the same team cared for my mum during a cardiac episode. You made all the difference. We are truly grateful ❤️

I want to thank the three 'fire crackers' that responded to me and helped me out of a difficult and unusual situation for me (anaphylactic reaction). I was scared.
