Well, I wish I knew all your names as there were 3 of you…Scott, Jeff and our 3rd Angel.
You supported us from a broken heel to a cardiac arrest! Your quick response, compassion and empathy truly made this experience for us both one of ease. Somehow, we knew you were sent from above! The journey continues thanks to all of you! Thank you Thank you!!

Thank you, an angel, for taking care of me when I landed from Frankfurt. I had a sudden blood pressure drop on the plane. You helped me, saw me and was so kind to me. Stood by my side during the time at the hospital, Peter Lougheed, and never left me until my husband and son came.
Thank you for being you. Cyber hugs.

Thank you to the four-person paramedic team who delivered my baby in the ambulance while we were headed to the Grey Nuns Hospital on June 16. I felt safe and supported and had a positive birth experience. A big thank you to the lady paramedic who held my hand during the contractions! And FYI, baby boy is doing well!

Thank you, Darren, the phenomenal hero who long lined me off the mountain yesterday, thank you!! As an avid athlete, I was mortified to have to call for a rescue. Keeping myself safe in the mountains is something I take very seriously. But you normalized the silly slip, kept me distracted with your epic sense of humor, and made my partner's day.

Had a nice ride in an Ambulance last week thanks to the very professional folks I was with. I can't remember much only they took good care of me and had a good sense of humor.

Just wanted to acknowledge and thank you ladies! You ran that code beautifully and we really appreciate when crews include us and offer us opportunities to ask questions and contribute to the conversation. You have a fantastic student and my coworkers and I were very impressed with her skills and demeanor throughout the call.

I called for excruciating pain, I was cursing and screaming but both the paramedics were so sweet and very understanding and made the situation so much less scary and I cannot say how grateful I am.

The expert action of the Grande Prairie fixed wing crew led to a miracle outcome for my uncle who suffered both a MI and subsequent basilar artery stroke during transport. The logistics involved in caring for him would have been incredibly complex (I am a Prehospital and Retrieval Medicine fellow physician). Sincerest thanks from our family!

You brought my son to the Red Deer hospital. He regained his heartbeat long enough for his family to say goodbye.
I don't know who you are. I think about you every day. What a hard morning that would have been. Thank you is not enough. My son was cared for, respected and safely transported to that hospital. Thank you is not enough. You are always in my heart and on my mind.

On Monday June 10th, at approximately 1200 pm we called for an ambulance for our 92-year Mom who was in excruciating pain and distress. Within minutes we had both Fire and EMS teams here. They were all beyond wonderful and so kind to our Mom.
We are so grateful that they made a horrendous situation slightly better.

Medics Maddie and Shelsea arrived at Fish Creek Manor and kindly advocated for my mom (95) who had fallen and broken her shoulder and required pain medication. Her care was not being managed well until these wonderful medics arrived. You are both my heroes! Thank you and bless you â¤ï¸

Today at 1015 am my 2-year-old daughter had a seizure in my arms. Her lips turned blue and panic sunk in.
The 911 operator was calm and kind as I sobbed. The EMS were calm but certain. Kind and gentle. I knew we were ok.
I wish I had their names. But tonight, they are in my prayers, my baby is home, safe.

Just wanted to say thank you to Connor, Chris and Katie for their professional care when they came to my home June 1, 2024. They took a history and immediately started appropriate treatment. I was driven to the hospital, and they remained with me, until hospital staff took over. Thank you. No lack of service here. Very pleased with their care!

On May 19th I found my grandmother dead in her home. EMS was dispatched to the scene. 2 female paramedics attended as well as a female student, all three of these women were wonderful and compassionate human beings in a difficult situation. Tiffany was compassionate and understanding. She went above and beyond. I am forever grateful.

Thank you to the two paramedics who transferred my daughter from the Grey Nuns to The Stollery. I was worrying about my girl, and you made our ride quiet and special. When we got to the Stollery you made me calm and made my daughter comfortable. My girl had an ambulance visit to her school couple weeks previous and she was more calm than I. Haha!

Thank you to the two paramedic teams who transported my son Zachary and me from Peace River Hospital to the Grande Prairie Regional Hospital. Zachary had respiratory distress and felt much better with oxygen and a nebulizer. We felt very safe, and Zachary loves his stuffed husky.

Many thanks to two caring Paramedics who arrived at my apartment after midnight responding to a faulty automated electronic system notification that I was in trouble. As a diagnosed Epileptic prone to nocturnal seizure, living alone, it is particularly comforting to know that such thorough professional services are available. Much appreciated!

I had gone through a mental health crisis early morning Wednesday May 22, and I was just lucid enough to regret/feel bad for requiring help. The paramedics were so beyond helpful despite me being completely out of it. I just wanted to thank them for being so kind to me during my mental health crisis and I hope they know it doesn't go unnoticed.
