I would love to say thank you to the paramedics who responded to the car accident that my son, myself and my boyfriend were in 5 years ago. My boyfriend was tragically and devestatingly killed in the accident. They took such good care of me as I was injured quite badly. They showed such compassion during and after 3

I want to thank the paramedics that looked after me in 2010 when I crashed on my bicycle. They took me to Foothills trauma with a broken arm and thankfully nothing else. I don't know what I would have done without you!

We should all be SO grateful for the amazing service the EMS team provide every day.
They certainly saved me, and I think that survivors should meet with the team on the anniversary of the DAY, to give thanks. Both my husband and I have met with Station 3 for donuts and commaraderie.
Thank you Lethbridge for running such a fine EMS service.

Thanks to the Paramedics who were waiting for me at the Jetway after a burst eardrum had me more than a bit panicked inflight to Edmonton. Their calm, confident and respectful manner did wonders to put me at ease. It was a simple call for them but was a very stressful event for me and I couldn't have received any better care anywhere! You rock!

I had a bad car accident during rush hour in downtown Calgary. To the two paramedics who spent their time with me I am so very grateful. They both went above and beyond on their service and even stayed hours past their shift as I waited for family members to arrive at the hospital. Their compassion and knowledge was outstanding! Thank you!

I am a Paramedic in Montreal. Who recently got registered as an EMTP in Alberta. I did a ride out in Calgary and decided to make the cross country move to join your fleet, because you men and women are the cream of the crop. The people of Alberta are lucky to have such amazing EMRs EMTs and Paramedics to serve them

My best friend is a long standing EMT and is one of the most passionate people I know when it comes to his career. He will always go out of his way to provide emergency care when required without any hesitation, I have personally witnessed this on multiple occasions. I hope that if I ever require EMS they are just as caring and passionate. Thanks

Thanks to the personnel who helped my family after our car crash in Banff a few years back. I don't remember much of the crash and the ambulance ride but I do know that you carried me on a stretcher up a densely wooded hillside and I heard your calm voices in the ambulance. Thank you for the physically and emotionally hard work you do!

This week is a week to acknowledge those brave men and women who risk their lives everyday to help others.
Long hours, understaffing and mounds of paper work to top it off. I am fortunate enough to know many of these amazing people and call them my friends. Thank you for everything you do to make sure we all get home safe at night )

I have been fortunate so far not to have to call on any of these amazing people, but I would like to say thank you for being on call 247 for everyone who has needed you, and will need you in the future! I'm sure it can be a thankless job, and one that most would run screaming from, so please know how much you are appreciated today
