Thanks to the Paramedics who were waiting for me at the Jetway after a burst eardrum had me more than a bit panicked inflight to Edmonton. Their calm, confident and respectful manner did wonders to put me at ease. It was a simple call for them but was a very stressful event for me and I couldn't have received any better care anywhere! You rock!

I had a bad car accident during rush hour in downtown Calgary. To the two paramedics who spent their time with me I am so very grateful. They both went above and beyond on their service and even stayed hours past their shift as I waited for family members to arrive at the hospital. Their compassion and knowledge was outstanding! Thank you!

I am a Paramedic in Montreal. Who recently got registered as an EMTP in Alberta. I did a ride out in Calgary and decided to make the cross country move to join your fleet, because you men and women are the cream of the crop. The people of Alberta are lucky to have such amazing EMRs EMTs and Paramedics to serve them

My best friend is a long standing EMT and is one of the most passionate people I know when it comes to his career. He will always go out of his way to provide emergency care when required without any hesitation, I have personally witnessed this on multiple occasions. I hope that if I ever require EMS they are just as caring and passionate. Thanks

Thanks to the personnel who helped my family after our car crash in Banff a few years back. I don't remember much of the crash and the ambulance ride but I do know that you carried me on a stretcher up a densely wooded hillside and I heard your calm voices in the ambulance. Thank you for the physically and emotionally hard work you do!

This week is a week to acknowledge those brave men and women who risk their lives everyday to help others. Long hours, understaffing and mounds of paper work to top it off. I am fortunate enough to know many of these amazing people and call them my friends. Thank you for everything you do to make sure we all get home safe at night )

I have been fortunate so far not to have to call on any of these amazing people, but I would like to say thank you for being on call 247 for everyone who has needed you, and will need you in the future! I'm sure it can be a thankless job, and one that most would run screaming from, so please know how much you are appreciated today

I wanted to thank the amazing team of Raphael and "new partner" that assisted me last month. They were truly professional paramedics. They showed such compassion and care and even made me smile. Also, to the team that assisted my father two weeks later. Thank you for the amazing service all of you provided. We are both deeply grateful.

Thanks for all you do for the citizens of your neighbourhoods. Too often we are quick to complain but slow to give a pat on the back or say thanks. We are grateful for all you do on a day to day basis. Thanks for giving of yourself everyday and being strong when we are at our weakest points. You have an important job. Thanks EMS! Keep it up!

I have numerous friends who serve so selflessly in this profession, in less than stellar working conditions. They have my gratitude. We had the opportunity to have to use EMS a week ago and the two responders were awesome. I don't know their names or if they were both paramedics just that they were from Leduc. Thank you very much!

I worked in the ER in FMC and worked with and met many paramedics and emt's. The abuse and stress they deal with on a daily basis would be to much for most of us. Thank you for what you all do.
