We are Customer Service Attendants at the Calgary Soccer Centre. You responded to a suspected torn ACL today. When you left you said that you thought it may be a broken tibiafibula.
We just wanted to comment on your ability to lighten the situation while remaining professional. Thank you for letting the team in the ambulance. Lee and Andrea

Thank you to the paramedics that helped save my life six years ago. I have thought of you many times even though I never saw your faces, remembered the ambulance, or anything that happened that day. You are the invisible angels that stepped up to do what you do without hesitation. Thank you for keeping me here for my family! Forever grateful â¤ï¸

I would like to thank the EMS, from Edmonton, for helping to save my husband's life, after he had a cardiac arrest while out running. Thankfully, in addition to a heroic bystander who did CPR, the EMS shocked his heart back to normal and got him to the hospital quickly. We are so grateful that with their help, he has returned to his young family.

I would like to thank the EMS responders for helping my father during his time of need. My father was in distress at the Father Lacombe Care Centre with pneumonia that led to cardiac arrest. They headed to the Foothills Hodpital but made the decision to stop at the Rockyview Hospital, that decision saved his life. He is now recovering.

I wanted to thank those who responded to the call where my son had driven into a tree the early morning of April 26th, 2018. I an imagine that was a difficult call and although I wasn't there I know he was well taken care of. Unfortunately he passed away but we know there were people by his side that cared. Thank you.

A big thanks to the EMTs at Prairie Winds Park today!
Our 2 yr old was eating the food only to begin to have an allergic reaction, we happened to be sitting by the Ambulance and the EMT over heard us saying we have to go and get home to get him antihistamine now... she without hesitation brought us a bottle of children's Benadryl for him!

Pieter and Craig came to Royal Oak Assissted living facility today to care for some of the residents. My husband was one of those residents, they covered all the necessary bases, they called our Doctor to report their findings, and the Doctor called in the med changes right away. I was very impressed with their professionalism and bed side manner

I would like to say a huge a huge Thankyou to the ambulance crew that attended my home, both from the car response and ambulance that took me to hospital. They were absolutely caring and understanding to my needs and beliefs. Thankyou so much for holding my hand when I was in the most excruciating pain, and being patient with me all throughout.

I was awoken early one morning about a month and a half ago when my fiance choked on a Dayquil. It was probably the most scared I'd ever been, but the wonderful woman on the line talking me through it and keeping me calm was incredible. The EMS crew were incredibly helpful, patient, and reassuring. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart.

I am wanting to thank the ACP that came to my place last week. When they arrived it was very clear nothing could be done as my roommate was deceased. You could see that I was struggling and you came up to me and I am not sure what you said but you gave me a hug. Honestly the hug was the most healing thing that I could have received at that time.THX

On May 11, 2018 my son was out for dinner with his girlfriend. He called me because he thought he was having an allergic reaction so I told him to hang up and call 911. By the time the paramedics arrived, he was in full blown anaphylactic shock. The paramedics were able to get him breathing and stable. Thank you so very much for saving my son.

I wish to profusely thank all the paramedics and firefighters who came and helped me get to the University hospital when I was in serious distress. They were a model crew for caring and aiding myself and my wife to deal with my heart issues. Once again, thank you for all you did. I am back home and finally on the mend.

Thank you for helping me after I broke my leg and ankle after I slipped on the ice and was left all alone, laying in a puddle. Although I was in so much agony, you put up with my distress and made me feel at ease. All my hope was restored once you arrived, you handled everything with so much care and compassion and for that, I'm so grateful.

Dear Keri, Jack, and Jim You likely won't remember me, but I remember you. I think of you often, and how much your care, professionalism, and genuine kindness meant to me last September. I am a nurse at one of the hospitals in our city, but as you well know, health professionals get sick too! (And renal colic IS worse than labor!) Thank you!
