A call from me was answered by two very nice gentlemen paramedics on June 2, 2019 around 1230 a.m. in Edmonton. Reassurances that everything was fine, no matter how silly the question or fear makes all the difference. A heartfelt thank you for your kindness, but I FORGOT TO ASK YOUR NAMES! I hope this finds you.

I want to thank the crew of two, who came to my house at 2am, put in a large bore IV, with the utmost care and were worried about cleaning up their supplies! They then took me to the Royal Alex ER. They were the best team I have ever had the pleasure to meet and I have met a few because I am a Registered Nurse!

As a Registered Midwife in central Alberta, part of our scope of care includes providing home births for low risk women. An important part of the equation that is necessary to keep home birth safe is EMS! The few times that we have needed their support, I am happy to report that they have been professional and very kind. Thank you for your help!

Becky and Mike,
On February 13?, my 95 year old grandmother broke her hip and required a transfer to Red Deer from Rocky. Your care, concern and kindness went above and beyond any thing we could've asked for. Even though the end result wasn't what we had hoped, you 2 definitely made an impression on grandma and on us. You guys rock. Thanks again!

Our son took 2 weeks worth of two medications. The two young men he had took care of him for 3 hours while we waited for a bed in ER. Thank you for making sure he was always safe and comfortable. I think their names were Brant and Blaine, it was hectic and I'm sorry if the names are incorrect.

When I lived in a retirement residence in Oakville, Ontario the Parametics were called almost daily, someone either had fallen, fainted or choked and there were there in record time. Always polite and gracious doing the very hard task they were trained for, much admired by all staff and residents, including me. Thankyou!

I am a midwife that was at a planned home birth this morning. We had fetal heart rate concerns and phone EMS. Todd and Victoria arrived to assist us and safely deliver us to hospital so this baby could be safely delivered. They were very caring and professional. Thank you for your collaboration! It makes a difference and we are grateful.

Thank you so much for your care and concern. We were in a car accident last winter, my little boy was just about to turn two, and I was pregnant with our (now 1 year old) daughter. To say it was terrifying for us, would be an understatement. The amazing paramedics put us at ease, and most importantly were absolutely amazing with our son!!

Travis and MAC brought my dad to the u of a emergency on the evening of May 25 and waited with us in triage for more than four hours. They took great care of my dad and kept our spirits up. They were professional and kind and competent and their supervisor,Predy, helped facilitate getting my dad into treatment at the first opportunity. Thanks!

Thank you to the kind paramedic at the Aldersyde truck stop on May 15,2 2019. He went out of his way to take my daughter to the ambulance, show her around, and gave her a stuffed Moose. It's people like him that make the world go round. That gesture made my child's day and made her feel safe which is great in case we ever need to call for help.
