I had three trips by ambulance to the ER in 2019. I can't describe how heartwarming it is to know that when you're at your most vulnerable and call for help, Calgary's finest come running. I'll never be able to properly thank the medics who responded but I hope they know that they'll never be forgotten.

I am trying to reach out to the offduty Advanced Care Paramedic and another gentleman who saved my dad's life Saturday, Feb.15 at the Royal Alberta Museum. My dad collapsed suddenly and these men jumped in to help without hesitation. They provided immediate CPR and used the AED to bring my dad back to us. The EMS team that responded was also GREAT

Leigh Biggs required transportation to U of A Hospital on Feb. 620. Kate and Pat arrived and immediately put us at ease. Your compassion, patience and knowledge was second to none. Add in just the right amount of humor and you two deserve a standing ovation. Thank you Kate and Pat!

The Paramedic who checked me out was so warm, friendly, supportive plus he had a great sense of humour, all of this really helped me feel comforted and reassured. I think his name was Dave, not quite sure but I'm guessing you can track the.........I would love him to receive this message!!

Four weeks ago, my husband Ken collapsed at home. Paramedics were were there within minutes and administered numerous medical procedures before transporting him to the Grey Nuns Hospital. He did not survive this serious cardiac incident but I am so grateful for the professional, compassionate and timely care he received. Thank you so much.

Medic 15,
I wanted to say thank you for being a compassionate crew. Despite it being the the early hours you treated all those present with respect and kindness. Wanted to say your actions did not go unnoticed and the city is lucky to have you on the streets. You have a tough job, and I was highly impressed by your attitude on scene.

On behalf of my mother, Gail Falconer, and the entire Falconer family, thank you for the services you provided after my father, C. Bruce Falconer, suffered a fall and head trauma. (Thursday midday, 3427 Dover Ridge Dr. SE). My mother felt that both she and her husband were very well taken care of during the transport to the Foothills.

A thanks to the first responder in an ambulance who came to the condo building with the guy who was passed out and vomited in the entrance. You were super patient with someone who was being (unfortunately) disrespectful to you. Thanks for your awesome professionalism and for all the work you do.

0220 Canada Post, I fell from the top step of my 5 ton truck at work, and broke my left humerus midline. EMS first had to circle the property to find an entrance, then deal with security at the gate, then treat me on the ground between and under two of these trucks. Still, both paramedics were the greatest hero's. TY ladies for everything. 💖

Thanks for being with me and transfer my baby from SHC to PLC. For new parents is really scary to be with a newborn in an ambulance and specially for my husband and me after a hard pregnancy with extreme hyperemesis but you really were kind and empathetic and made us feel that we were in good hands. You were angels that God send to our life

Words can barely express the deep gratitude we have for the EMS professionals who have come to our aid several times over the few month. After my elderly mother had a brain episode connected to Alzheimer's and dementia, the efforts made by all of the EMS teams that came to our rescue, we cannot explain how truly grateful we are for your everything!

Thankyou to the two EMS who attended to my husband. I appreciated their expertise and how they took the time to explain step by step what to expect. They not only cared for my husband, they checked in to make sure I was Okay, and when our children arrived at FMC ER they expanded their care to our whole family. He is now home and recovering!!

Thankyou Kelsey and Amy! You really made me feel like everything was going to be ok when I wasn't feeling very good. I named the moose that you gave me Mickey Moose. You made my first experience of an ambulance ride feel not so scary. You really made me feel safe.
