Throughout the years, paramedics have helped me and my family quite a bit and each time they exhibit compassion, respect and understanding. Today was no different when I had to call 911 to get my dad some help. Sarah and Spencer went above and beyond as I am sure they do with other patients. Thank you to you both and all paramedics!

Thank you for your quick assessment, double checking meds for accuracy, and for administration of drugs I needed before we got to the hospital. Everything was done so efficiently but not without compassion. I can't thank you enough.

TO Paramedics Rebecca S., Logan B., and Leah F.
I would like you to know that these three individuals truly exemplify the Government of Alberta's (GOA) mission of Excellence, Respect, Integrity and Accountability. I have written an email and sent to the Minister's office in detail of their amazing service and compassion.

Thank you to Rebecca and Amelia for their professional, calm and kind care for my wife in early August, transporting her to PLC on a busy night. You were off on another call before I had a chance to say thanks. Our whole family appreciates all the hard work you do!

To the fine men and women who came to my wife's aide, thank you, from the bottom of my heart. You were calm, quick, and took excellent care of her. We're grateful to have help from such talented people who can not only deal with an emergency, but do so in a kind and present way. You're hard work will never be forgotten.

Both paramedics where incredible. So funny and truly made the whole experience of coming of my motorbike a less scary time! Not only did they both make me smile the whole time they both truly cared for me and ensured I was comfortable and happy as possibly can be. I want to thank them from the bottom of my heart. Such legends!

Hello,
This is a year late, but I want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart for keeping me calm and bringing my 2 day old baby Aisling to the childrens hospital for seizures. Due to the level of service and care of your team I now work in health care instead of the fitness industry because of your impact. Thank you!

I am sorry I don't remember the name of the paramedic that took care of my husband who had anaphylaxis to a wasp on Monday Aug 2 in Rutherford about 415. One of the biggest compliments he could receive was when we got to the U of A Hospital the nurse replied to the doctor that the paramedic had done all the work! Thank you seems insuffient!

Your patient was my sister, Audrey. She didn't make it. As much as my heart is broken, I want to acknowledge how hard it might have been for you to lose her as well. I know you did everything you could to save her. It comforts me to know that she was in caring, capable hands at the end. She was an addict but also a life worth trying to save. TY

Hi,
Last Saturday, Suddenly developed excruciating pain in my left knee and could not walk. The EMS folks who came to my house were very proficient and reassuring. They quickly gathered the information they needed, assessed my condition and took me to Foothills emergency for further tests. I am very grateful for their sympathy and kindness!

Ginny and Kevin were so kind and helpful. They helped me, kept my husband calm and helped so my kids didn't have to see me sick. They explained things and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. I appreciate their thoroughness, care and attention to detail.

My husband had passed out so I phoned 911 and the operator was so kind and calm and patient. Then Cory and Chad the paramedics came and were also so caring and professional. Cory worked with my husband while Chad explained the health issues with me. I cried and he made me feel better. We are both so thankful to both of them!

A wonderful paramedic crew cared for my husband last night and we could not have asked for anyone more professional, competent, caring, and kind. They made an awful night bearable and made sure we were informed every step of the way. All the cheers for paramedics! You do the most difficult of jobs with effortless grace.

On May 3rd, EMS came to our home in the early evening. I was in a lot of pain and with fever. Ryan and Danica were absolutely wonderful. They quickly reduced my anxiety and prepared me for transport to FMC. They worked so great as a team professional, compassionate and with super senses of humour. Huge cyber hugs to the two of them!

Thanks Cody! My 3 year old had her first Covid test today. You were so kind to her (and me, her Mama). I appreciated how you spoke to her directly and gently to explain the process (without sugar coating it or dismissing her fear) and especially that you told her that she was the boss and could take back her consent at any time. You are wonderful.
