Thanks to the 2 paramedics that picked me up from Home Hardware with my dislocated hip, looked after me, stayed with me, helped me to graciously go to the bathroom, and tried everything to expedite getting my hip put back in place. You two were great .

A family member has required EMS four times recently each time the team that arrived was caring and professional We didn't get anyone's names so I hope a simple thanks to all is enough.

On April 24 two "angel†paramedics were called to my mother in law at Bethany Care. She has dementia and does not do well with strangers. They were so kind and loving to her (and her baby doll). They were also so kind to my husband and I as they explained all our options. Thank you for making a stressful situation more bearable.

I would like to thank the paramedics that came to attend to my husband. They were professional, kind and attentive to him as he had possible heart related issues with numbness on his right side. They decided that he required hospitalization and loaded him into the ambulance. But were kind enough to ask if I was also okay. Wonderful team.

My mom didn't feel well. The 911 sent me an ambulance, the team was simply great. They took good care of my mom, even helped with my little one and gave her a teddy bear.
Truly thanks.
Amal.

Sincerest thanks to the paramedics (Maclean & Justin) who helped my family the night my dad passed away. Not only does it take incredible strength to continue providing care day in and out, but it is the gift of time and compassion towards family members that stood out for me. Thank you for all that you do, and please know that your kindness has made an imprint.

Tonight my police partner and I went to a call where an autistic adult was having a very bad day related to some surgery complications. A separate advanced care paramedic came to assist him, and were all excellent. I only caught one of the primary care paramedics name, Bob, but I wanted to send a note to acknowledge them.

I was experiencing shortness of breath, and called for paramedics on April 1, 2022 about mid afternoon. Two female paramedics came to my apartment in Legacy. (I wish I knew their names!). They were extremely personable, knowledgable, and comforting, making me feel relaxed. I want to thank them so much for their kindness and care!

We couldn't have asked for a better, more organized team when we unexpectedly had to call 911, I ended up hemorrhaging while in labour. Everyone was so kind and kept me calm while my midwife monitored the baby. Special thank you to the gentleman who acted as a Doula as well and helped me focus on breathing through contractions. Thank you all!

Yesterday there were two incredible compassionate, kind gentlemen (Justin & Curtis) paramedics looking after our mother at Amica. They went above and beyond to support our mom, dad and the rest of the family. Our mom is palliative and their goodbye to both our parents was unbelievable. Thank you from all of us.

When Dad found Mom unresponsive in bed he called for help, was only mins until the ambulances, fire truck and police officer were at their house. We didn't know yet but mom had a very debilitating stroke. Every day I remember the people who saved her life by responding fast, giving the chance to start her road to recovery. A loving thanks to you.

I am a paramedic student. When I was on my practicum in Lethbridge I had a very hard case where I lost a young patient. This paramedic talked to me and supported me, having never met me. She was dropping off her own patient, and took time to make sure that I was ok. If you ever end up seeing this, thank you. It meant more then you think

Two paramedics showed up at my condo last night at to treat my partner. I just wanted to say thank you to those two young guys for working the night shift (2am phone call) and for taking him to the RGH. I'm a teacher and currently teaching my classroom about community helpers, only seems fitting that I thank my community helpers for doing their job
