Regarding the night of Friday, November 18, 2022
I would like to give thanks to Kent and the EMS crew for a day we will never forget. Kent and his team made the last hours of my friend's life very memorable. I have a formal letter of thanks, but realize I can only give my gratitude in a few sentences.

I called 911 for my dad who was having difficulty breathing. 4 wonderful men showed up and started him on oxygen. Then 2 Paramedics showed up to stabilize him and gave him some relief. He was transported to the GNCH. Thank you for being so kind to him during the wait for a bed in ED. Those last hours of his life were precious to me. Thank you!

I am very grateful to the paramedic team who rescued my son and took him to the children's hospital on November 28, 2022. We came from Ukraine, we do not know a lot of English. My son had a seizure, we were in a panic, but thanks to these paramedics and the emergency team, our son is alive! Thank you all very much, I wish our saviors good health!

Today I got into an accident and Jeff and his partner responded. They pulled over to help me out of the intersection and also helped me find my insurance / registration and pulled my bumper out of the intersection. They kept me so calm and I am forever grateful for their kindness!

My sincere thanks and appreciation for the prompt response after contacting the 911 operator for an ambulance because my husband was demonstrating symptoms of a stroke. The paramedics were so kind, caring and thorough in their assessment and arrived at the UofA Hospital quickly. Again, many thanks for what you did and do.

I received very professional care from 5 paramedics last week. One was helping the workload at hospital by giving me my ECG. The other four transported me to / from hospitals for critical tests. All were professional, caring, and polite, and gave exemplary care. My heartfelt thanks to you. You make Alberta better for all of us!

Connor and his partner (sorry, didn't catch the other gentleman's name) were incredible. Despite a language barrier with dad, they were patient and so very caring. Connor, the thumbsup you gave dad before leaving meant a lot more than you know. A heartfelt thanks to you both for your kindness that evening and for all that you two do everyday!

I had to call an ambulance to my mothers house in Stony Plain. Her declining health has been hard on all of us, especially my three young children who don't fully understand why grandma isn't the same. Mark was the first there and took time through the entire process to explain and answer my girls questions and put them at ease. Thank you

On May 9th, 2018 paramedics responded to an apartment on Bonaventure Dr where my sister was found unresponsive. Unfortunately this doesn't have a positive outcome but the care the paramedics gave my sister that day is beyond what I can thank for, they gave us the opportunity to say goodbye 2 days later at the RGH ICU. Thank you!

What a wonderful experience! Fabulous helpers. My amicable experience needed to be told. They were friendly and really went beyond helping me to my trip to the Royal Alex. Always seeing if I was comfortable or needed anything. The care they gave me helped me go through the pain etc. Sincerely M.J

I want to write a special thank you and appreciation to a specific paramedic. My family and I would like him to know how appreciative we are. As a parent with two children with one on the Autism Spectrum you put my mind at ease during a time that was very scary for me. You really went above and beyond and cared for my kids.
