2021-10-02 21:56:30 My daughter Sarah called EMS who arrived quickly. The two women, Heather and Melissa (names ??), were outstanding. They asked me pertinent questions then half carried me to the elevator and down to the stretcher in the lobby. Both were empathetic, pleasant and professional. Many, many thanks for incredible care such as the IV and ECG.
