2014-06-05 03:26:51 I slipped on ice and landed on my left arm, braking it. Without EMS I don't know how I would have got up from the ground! They had a good sense of humor and made sure to use it appropriately to keep me distracted and uplifted. I asked lots of questions and they patiently answered all of them. I was really impressed with them. Very grateful!
