Yesterday while taking the green bin out to the alley I slipped on the ice (I know stupid eh) Anyway, i had all sorts of help, but I just couldn’t get up. The two paramedics who came had me up in no time, and were so helpful. Thanks so much. I am so thankful. It’s difficult to express my gratitude.
