Today at 1015 am my 2-year-old daughter had a seizure in my arms. Her lips turned blue and panic sunk in. The 911 operator was calm and kind as I sobbed. The EMS were calm but certain. Kind and gentle. I knew we were ok. I wish I had their names. But tonight, they are in my prayers, my baby is home, safe.

I pray this message finds my people!!! After an unfortunate baseball accident May 26th, 2024, the ambulance was called... I was blessed with 2 of the most amazing paramedics I've ever met. The care was above and beyond, and boy did they make me laugh!! They made a pretty crappy experience have a silver lining. Shout out to ALPHA 25 Thank You!

Just wanted to say thank you to Connor, Chris and Katie for their professional care when they came to my home June 1, 2024. They took a history and immediately started appropriate treatment. I was driven to the hospital, and they remained with me, until hospital staff took over. Thank you. No lack of service here. Very pleased with their care!

On May 19th I found my grandmother dead in her home. EMS was dispatched to the scene. 2 female paramedics attended as well as a female student, all three of these women were wonderful and compassionate human beings in a difficult situation. Tiffany was compassionate and understanding. She went above and beyond. I am forever grateful.

Thank you to the two paramedics who transferred my daughter from the Grey Nuns to The Stollery. I was worrying about my girl, and you made our ride quiet and special. When we got to the Stollery you made me calm and made my daughter comfortable. My girl had an ambulance visit to her school couple weeks previous and she was more calm than I. Haha!

Thank you to the two paramedic teams who transported my son Zachary and me from Peace River Hospital to the Grande Prairie Regional Hospital. Zachary had respiratory distress and felt much better with oxygen and a nebulizer. We felt very safe, and Zachary loves his stuffed husky.

Many thanks to two caring Paramedics who arrived at my apartment after midnight responding to a faulty automated electronic system notification that I was in trouble. As a diagnosed Epileptic prone to nocturnal seizure, living alone, it is particularly comforting to know that such thorough professional services are available. Much appreciated!

I had gone through a mental health crisis early morning Wednesday May 22, and I was just lucid enough to regret/feel bad for requiring help. The paramedics were so beyond helpful despite me being completely out of it. I just wanted to thank them for being so kind to me during my mental health crisis and I hope they know it doesn't go unnoticed.

A big thank you to David and Robert (I hope I have that right) who transported my very young daughter from Emerald Hills to the Stollery. You were both so patient and kind and we appreciated your help!

On May 14th my elderly mother needed EMS to assess her on scene for shortness of breath. The ACP who assessed her was outstanding (Steve). He was professional, compassionate, and caring to an 87-yr old with a sat of 72. The truck and team who took her to the RAH were also amazing. Fantastic care by EMS!

I just want to thank Mark and his partner from the Stettler team for taking such good care of my dad on May 17. It was a very long day for them, and I really appreciate everything that they did for my dad, and they had to put up with me chasing after them all over the place. I can't say enough about you all. Thank you so very much.

Thanks so very much to the wonderful team from Priddis who were covering Calgary Thursday night. My husband had just been discharged from hospital after knee replacement surgery. His wound covering had fallen off. The team were professional.

The biggest thank you to the crew who responded to my sister's fatal asthma attack. You probably knew the expected outcome and still did everything you could. Being a PSW myself, I couldn't imagine what that felt like walking in to see her. Thank you for being there with her and transporting her safely

Big shout out to the excellent care and compassion shown by Advanced Care Paramedics Taylor and Derek in OLDS on May 8, 2024, shortly after noon for my wife in her time of need. Thank you both. Excellent patient care!

Thank you for the tender, informative way you cared for Jerry. We did not feel rushed. You gave us as much input and details possible for us to make an informed choice on medical treatment. We hope you both get huge raises!!

Thanks to the paramedics who responded and did an exceptional job and were also able to calmly assure her the injury was not as severe as it first looked

After being diagnosed with epilepsy and spending a few days in FMC Neuro, I wanted to say a huge thank you to the paramedic team that picked me up from my home, suggested we go to FMC and got me there safely. After I arrived at FMC I had a 2nd seizure, so I was able to be seen by the neuro team ASAP. Thank you for all your hard work!

A huge thanks to the two paramedics who came to my house in Blackie on Wednesday 24th April when I broke my ankle. They were very patient and kind and left my twins with some moose stuffies. You were correct about the need for surgery! Thank you again!

Thank you to the Athabasca team that was able to give me transport and aerial lift via emergency plane from Athabasca to St. Paul. I've never flown in a plane that had a medical bed and really enjoyed the small plane experience. It was truly amazing. The crew was friendly, empathetic, and duty oriented. Awesome work everyone!

Christina and Molly helped my dad. They'd remember him as a 98-year-old, married for 77 years. We thought John had a blockage—not good. John wouldn't go to the hospital. They said WHEN the pain returns, call 911. Good news—the pain did not come back. Thx especially for listening when Dad felt like talking. xo Sharon

HUGE TOAST to Sean/Shaun the paramedic amazing human who rode in the back of the ambulance with my son and his boyfriend tonight when the boyfriend was having a mental health crisis. He was compassionate, knowledgeable and kind to both young men, but he also recognized my son from his own mental health crisis over 4 years ago! Wow!

2 young women at David's Bridal in Edmonton at approx. 1030 to 11 am where I had fainted getting my dress altered. They were amazing and convinced me that I should go to U of A. They were incredible. I wanted to say thank you!

We would like to sincerely thank both Aaron B. and Tarek for their exceptional work in assisting Doug and his wife during his health crisis at 130 pm on April 18/24 in Edmonton. They were quick to determine what was happening and due to their excellent knowledge and judgement, took actions that prevented an escalation of his difficulties.

On Mar 30 at approx. 6:30 p.m. in Cochrane I was walking along minding my own business when suddenly I was flat on my back on the ground. I knew my left foot was broken. I was expecting paramedics but to my surprise 2 superheroes arrived, 1 had laughing gas and that's all I have to say about that, except thank you so very much!
