Thank you to the three Calgary EMTs who all helped save my life on August 6, 2024. You kept this grandma of three under three alive and got me to the Foothills in time for further lifesaving medical help. I kept the new top I bought, that you cut off.😉 Lol.🥰
Truly God bless you

Thank you so much to Sam and Mike from Linden EMS for the amazing care administered to me on route to Red Deer. You are angels here on earth! Mike got us there quick and safe, and Sam didn't stop working on me the entire trip. It is because of her quick response and efficient care that I did not end up in ICU. I will be forever grateful â¤ï¸

I had the pleasure of meeting these fine young men as the result of me calling 911. Turns out I had a panic attack that went off the rails. They treated me with dignity.

The 2 guys were super awesome today with my wife she was suffering from a stuck kidney stone. They arrived around 8 this morning. These are 2 guys that future paramedics should strive to be like. Thanks

I wish to express my deepest gratitude to the Paramedics, Aaron and Dillon, who helped my 90-year-old Mother with First Aid, and Professional Medical Care. They were very courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful in all aspects of Health Care. My opinion, among the best in the city for EMS Paramedics. Thank you so much Aaron and Dillon.

On July 31, I had a stroke west of Chetwynd, BC and taken there by car. Paramedics drove me 100km to Dawson Creek Hospital, where I was stabilized. I wanted to go home to AB for treatment.
The air ambulance team came for me, and we departed DC Hospital about 830pm.
Thank You, Air Ambulance crew and all who cared for me.

While attending an event in downtown Edmonton on the afternoon of August 11, my wife became lightheaded and fainted with very low blood pressure. First aid called an ambulance staffed by Braden and Melissa E (Alpha 31). Braden and Melissa provided excellent and compassionate care and were clearly very experienced. I hope they can be recognized.

Thank you to the crew that picked me up after I broke my collarbone mountain biking. You were both incredibly friendly and reassuring and made a very unpleasant experience as bearable as it could be. Thanks for all you do!

Thank you to the truly exceptional medics who noticed our resident yesterday, made sure he got home safe, took tons of time to wait for him, were willing to provide the care he needed (despite it being very minor), returned his sense of humor and were professional despite his comments, and made sure he had a very positive interaction. Incredible!

Thank you for helping my dad, who passed away December 8th due to cancer. The help and the care you gave him was immense and nice to see as my family and I would always be worried about him. It was nice to know he was in good hands all the way from our house to hospitals and hospice in the end.
Thank you for caring for us and my family.

EMS was called on July 9 2024 morning (7AM) because my 95-year-old father, Leonard, had collapsed and passed on. Sam, a team member, had come before to the house, when my father was rushed to hospital. Sam and all the EMS team were very kind. Sam was very helpful on next steps. A big thanks from all the family.

All I know was I fell downstairs weeks ago. You took me to UofA where I have been ever since. I broke 16 ribs, my clavicle and hurt various other areas including my spleen! I thank you for your service and my prayers go out to you! My recovery is undetermined, but I am grateful I am here!

I called them Bravery, Sparkles and Ash
But the were Jason, Riley and Brett. The instant we met, despite my hugely problematic veins and the amount of pain I was in, they had my back. In a way no others had. We are due for our pogo party and it sucks I can't find them. Those guys made hell a little easier to live through.

I would like to thank Cam, the paramedic who assisted my mom July 1824 around 0600. She had a fall in her bathroom and at almost 83 years of age, we just couldn't get her off the floor.
Cam was such a lovely person, used humour to ease her and quickly got her back into her arm chair.
Our family would like to thank Cam for all his help. 🧡🧡🧡

Thank you to the two paramedics who responded to my 21-month-old in respiratory distress. I was so panicked, and you handled the situation perfectly. As a nurse it is terrifying being on the other side of things. You guys were amazing. Thank you for all that you do EMS.

I experienced a panic attack during the morning of July 5, 2024, while walking through MacEwan University. I didn't realize it was a panic attack and thought I was dying. Thanks to the trained paramedics who transferred me safely to the Misericordia Hospital and especially to the paramedic who talked with me the entire 20-minute trip.

Thank you, an angel, for taking care of me when I landed from Frankfurt. I had a sudden blood pressure drop on the plane. You helped me, saw me and was so kind to me. Stood by my side during the time at the hospital, Peter Lougheed, and never left me until my husband and son came.
Thank you for being you. Cyber hugs.

Thank you to the four-person paramedic team who delivered my baby in the ambulance while we were headed to the Grey Nuns Hospital on June 16. I felt safe and supported and had a positive birth experience. A big thank you to the lady paramedic who held my hand during the contractions! And FYI, baby boy is doing well!

Thank you, Darren, the phenomenal hero who long lined me off the mountain yesterday, thank you!! As an avid athlete, I was mortified to have to call for a rescue. Keeping myself safe in the mountains is something I take very seriously. But you normalized the silly slip, kept me distracted with your epic sense of humor, and made my partner's day.
