I experienced exemplary treatment on November 5, 2024, from the Edmonton EMTs when attending in my home and transferring me to the Sherwood Park Hospital. They were very competent, kind and knowledgeable and treated me with respect. They had the ability to calm me down and assured me on my first trip in an ambulance. Thank you.

I'd love to send a huge thank you to the two amazing paramedics that transfer my kiddo up to Stollery Hospital. You both were so sweet, kind and caring, not only to my son but also me. Without you guys doing what you do, my kiddo would not be getting the care that he needed. Thank you so very much

I had a stroke this morning in Calgary Beltline (Nov 1, 2024). The team quickly took control of the situation, made sure my kids were safe and calm, navigated us to the hospital quickly and overall made it so much less scary. Thank you for keeping me laughing and also showing so much calm and compassion! I am so incredibly grateful for you.

I want to say a big Thank you to paramedic Nicole who came to the 4th floor of the Manor at Fish Creek on the night of October 30th and cared for Ruth. We spoke over the phone. She did all she could to make sure Ruth was as comfortable as possible. She got Ruth's temperature lowered and her breathing eased. She was wonderful!

On Oct. 23 our dad suffered a heart attack at the CORE Shopping Centre. EMS responded and made every effort to revive him. Sadly, he passed away that evening. The efforts of the EMS crew granted my family time to say goodbye and be with him at the hospital in his final moments as he passed. We are grateful to those who cared for him. Thank you!

I want to thank both Paramedics who helped and supported me yesterday. Being someone who has many undiagnosed symptoms it can be very isolating and frustrating but yesterday was the first time I genuinely felt heard and reassured that all of my symptoms are not just in my head and I can advocate for myself. Thank you again for the care.

I can't remember their names but on Oct 20 at about 4430ish they took me to South Health Campus in cardiac distress. Both were kind, caring and helped me relax. Just wanted to thank them for helping me through.

Where to start when there is so much to say a huge, giant THANK YOU! An absolute pleasure, this crew helped me when I felt the most vulnerable, I have ever been in recent years. Andre, Jeff, and Christine, you were gentle, patient, kind, a slew more adjectives… and resoundingly professional.

A huge thanks to the paramedic team who assisted me on the morning of October 13. Brent, Nathan and Brook came to my house to help me deal with immobilizing back and leg pain. They were very professional and gentle helping me get into the ambulance. Medication was administered during the ambulance ride to the Grey Nuns hospital. I am grateful.

What a pleasure to meet two of Calgary's finest young EMT's. They came to my mother's assistance with such kindness, respect and understanding. My mother, soon to be 100, could not stop talking about these two wonderful fellows. We definitely need more people in the world like Ryan M and Brayden. Thank you both for your care of my mother.

My husband called HealthLink regarding my status and they advised him to call 911. The paramedics arrived within minutes and took excellent care of me, until I was under the care of staff at FMC. Please convey both our appreciation and thanks.

On Sept 9 you extracted my father, out of an MVI where he had a broken femur among other injuries. Thank you for your care. You saved his life so we can hopefully spend a few more years with him. My wife is a PCP in BC, and we know the toll this work can take, so thank you.
