On December 12, at 15 weeks pregnant, my water broke. I called 911, and two male paramedics arrived. Pilani, one of them, reassured me there was no judgement and explained everything calmly. He kept me calm during a stressful time, and his support made a huge difference. I'll always be grateful for his care.

I would like to thank the three paramedics that took such wonderful care of my mom A. Petruk who was transported to the Edmonton Grey Nuns from Shepherds Care in Millwoods on Friday afternoon Feb 15th. They were so caring, and gentle with my mom. Angels in disguise. Many thanks.

I want to express my gratitude for the two paramedics that picked me up from my apartment and took me to the U of A hospital on Sunday February 16th around 1 pm One was named Jessie but I have forgotten the other girl's name. They were very kind and truly helped me through this difficult time.❤️

I just want to say thank you to the crew that saved my life on January 15th, 2022. It took me a few years to write this, but you guys made a difference. I was a drug user who couldn't see any good in life but after that night you guys saved my life it changed me forever. I'm now almost 3 years clean and sober. I work full time. Thank you all.

I fell just outside, between the doors at Costco on Feb. 13 at about 430 pm. Ambulance came to take me to South Health Campus. I can't say Thank you enough to Mia and Joel who took such good care of me on the trip and at the hospital until I was seen there. Both of you were so calm and kind and caring. I hope you know how much you are appreciated.

On Tuesday February 4th, approximately 1015 am I was privileged to have the Mobile Stroke Ambulance attend to me. As a result of the competence and caring, I have no impairments of any nature given how quickly I received the clot buster. Thank you. I will do what I can to raise stroke awareness and to encourage funding for extending this service

I have become quite accustomed to paramedics after my heart attack eight years ago. So, I have come across quite a few back in my province of BC. Taylor attended to me a few days ago in Edmonton. She left such a sweet and remarkable impression for her kind understanding of my worries and situation. Thank you to Taylor and Mike!

I was helped by two paramedics after the birth of my son for a retained placenta. Both paramedics were fantastic and helped get me to the hospital quickly with the support of our midwives. I really want to say thank you to them and let them know that both baby boy and I are recovering well, thanks in part to their support!

Thank you so much to Sean and Carrie, our paramedic duo today. Exemplary workers (and caregivers) in their field. May God bless you both.

I can't thank the paramedics who came to help my daughter yesterday. Both Jasmine and Shaylin were not only very well informed, but they were extremely nice and comforting to us. They took amazing care of my daughter from the time they arrived to the time they left us at the hospital. I am so thankful for them. God bless them.

On January 1, 2023, I took a fall on ice, and I've never had a chance to thank the responding EMS. It has been a journey that I don't think even they knew was happening since they saved my life. I broke my wrist, shoulder and four ribs and 19 days in the hospital for abdominal draining. Thank you❤️

Super impressed with the two paramedics who were called to my home. I believe their names were Alyssa and Bree. They were calm, confident, and competent. They explained what they were doing and explained my options. They even used humour to lighten the mood. Thank you for your amazing care and bedside manner!

I just had to take the time to Thank my Paramedic yesterday. Alex was very attentive and such a caring good man. I appreciated his understanding that being in a distressing circumstance can really be scary. He put me at ease immediately with his calm candid demeanor. I felt such comfort in his presence. This man is an Angel 😇🙏❤️

I dealt with an ACP last night while my brother, Joseph was in crisis. His name is Mitch. I don't think I'll ever be able to thank him enough. He treated my brother with patience, respect and honest care. He is exactly the type of person I want to care for my family. He treated him with love. I hope he knows he's making a difference.

Hi, I called 911 for EMS on Jan 20 for my mother. I wanted to pass along my sincerest thank you to the team that responded to the call. They arrived quickly, their professionalism was fantastic (one was a SAIT student and did the job exceptionally) and they treated my mom with dignity and respect, making the entire process easy and less traumatic.

I just want to extend a very belated thank you to the medic team who came to look after my mom, and then transport her to Chinook Hospital on December 9th, 2024, after she'd fallen in our home in Fort MacLeod. I appreciate everything y'all did, and she is doing well now partially thanks to you two.

Thank you so much Jenna!! You came and took amazing care of Dave at Everitt Gardens. On his first day home from the hospital, he definitely needed your help, so you looked into everything he's been through, meds he's on, gave him a physical exam and contacted his Dr then decided exactly what to do to help him get his strength back!

Want to say a big "Thank You" to Ian with TEMS and John!! They came to our place on Jan 4 since I had episodes of heart attack symptoms. Ian was very professional, thorough and caring! He explained in details of treatments he performed, answered questions I had with great amount of patience which eased my nervousness! Awesome team!!

I would like to sincerely thank the 3 paramedics that transported my 97-year-old dad to South Campus on Friday January 3, 2025. I am saddened that I did not get their names. To these 3 extremely professional, and very kind paramedics I am eternally grateful.

On May 2, 2024, I went into respiratory arrest. Thank you for coming before my heart stopped. My husband was told it did not look good for reviving me. I was intubated and bagged when I was brought into the ER. I am forever grateful that you saved my life.

My husband had to call an ambulance for me. All 3 women were unbelievably kind, caring, empathetic and went above and beyond. I haven't had a lot of good memories going to the hospital, but they made me feel safe and comfortable even though I was in so much pain. Huge thanks to them. I appreciate them so much.
