I want to say a big thank you to the paramedics who responded to an accident I was in on Highway 3 near Cowley Alberta. My memory is spotty, but I know that without you and your call to STARS that I would not be here. After 10 days in the Foothills Trauma unit, I was released to finish my recovery at home. I feel very fortunate.

I've never saved anyone's life. I've never seen anyone injured and knew their survival was in my hands. These men and women do it every day. I don't remember them. Don't remember my car crash. Don't know how to really thank them. But I do know that I am only here because of their skill, speed, and willingness to do a job that I never could.

I would like to thank Cory and Justin on EDMO2B120, February 29th, 2024, for the incredible job that they are doing. They went over and beyond their duty of giving me care. They are very excellent at their jobs and had taken well care of me. They went above and beyond waiting for my wife giving her a ride when transferring me to another hospital.

On Feb 24, 2024, Gord and Debra arrived to transfer me from our community hospital to the RAH in Edmonton. They were caring, knowledgeable and explained everything to me. They told me I had nothing to fear, that they would be with me until they had me in the right spot and they kept their word. Thank You from the bottom of my heart.

Carolyn and Brittany, Thank you so very much for your compassionate care. You were both kind and helpful, and your good spirits made me feel better. You gave me hope that the pain could be managed and that there was a (fun) way to get me out of the house to the hospital. Carolyn, thank you also for visiting me at Chumir the end of your shift.

On Feb 2, I called 911 for my husband Carl , he was in much agony and could barely stand. Matt and Steph came and took us to Foothills; they were most kind and caring and made sure my husband was placed in the right hands in the ER. We were treated very thoroughly. I am sad we never hear good things on the news. They work hard. Thank you

We went to McDonald's on McLeod and there was an ambulance (3454) in the parking lot. We just went to say hi, but they were so nice and ask my son if he wanted to come in. Thank you so much! You made his day! He can't stop talking about it.

I wanted to thank the three paramedics that attended after I fell and dislocated my shoulder. at South Glenmore Park. The pain was excruciating, and they were so kind caring and compassionate. I can't remember all their names, but Arden went out of her way to distract and support me. Thank you to all of you for what you do.

We are very grateful to the four paramedics that transported our mom to Rockyview Hospital on Monday January 22nd, 2024. Deeply thankful for their hard work, quick action, kindness and care. The one paramedic returned with another patient and recognized my sister in the ER. And took the time to stop and ask about our mom. Thank you!

They were professional, attentive and best of all, had terrific senses of humour and a camaraderie which helped to alleviate my stress. My sincere gratitude and appreciation. KK

Your team came to my trailer November 22 because my wife had fallen out of bed again. You saved her life. She would have died that night. We both had Covid and were extremely ill. Thank you so much. She is alive because of you.

I had to phone 911 early morning on New Years Day because my foot was hurting after I fall. That's not a great way to start 2024! The paramedics who arrived (Jen and Allen) were great. I know my weight made it difficult to care for me, but I appreciate you treating me with compassion. Jen's bedside manor was excellent. Thank you!!!
