2024-03-11 17:37:58 EMTs responded to a call when an agency helper for me fell on the ice while going to get my mail. The EMTs not only treated the helper with genuine care and concern, they offered to get my mail for me and drop a letter in the post box. They went well beyond their duties and I am so grateful to them.
