2024-05-22 04:25:59 On May 14th my elderly mother needed EMS to assess her on scene for shortness of breath. The ACP who assessed her was outstanding (Steve). He was professional, compassionate, and caring to an 87-yr old with a sat of 72. The truck and team who took her to the RAH were also amazing. Fantastic care by EMS!
