2024-05-25 21:26:05 I had gone through a mental health crisis early morning Wednesday May 22, and I was just lucid enough to regret/feel bad for requiring help. The paramedics were so beyond helpful despite me being completely out of it. I just wanted to thank them for being so kind to me during my mental health crisis and I hope they know it doesn't go unnoticed.
